Is this a group programme?

No. The Beauty Business Mentorship is 1-2-1.

There may be group masterminds, shared discussions and supporting resources, but the main focus is personal mentoring and clear direction for your business. You won't be expected to make generic group advice fit your situation.

Who is this for?

This is for solo beauty therapists, salon owners and beauty professionals who already have a business and want more structure, strategy and support.

It's especially suited to those who are experienced, busy, and ready to work smarter rather than simply adding more hours, more treatments or more pressure.

It's a great fit if you've tried group programmes before and realised they don't work well for you. Some people thrive in a group setting, but others find it too easy to stay quiet, get lost in the background, or leave with generic advice that still doesn't solve what's happening in their own business.

The Beauty Business Mentorship is for those who want more personal direction, honest conversations and support that's shaped around their business rather than the anonymity of a large group.

Is this suitable if I work alone?

Yes. You don't need a team or salon premises to join.

Many solo beauty professionals need strong business support because they're the therapist, receptionist, marketer, decision-maker and business owner all rolled into one. This mentorship is designed to help you make clearer decisions, not make everything feel more complicated.

What kind of things can we work on?

The focus will depend on your business, but we may look at pricing, profitability, treatment menu, retail, rebooking, consultation, client journey, marketing, visibility, boundaries, time management, confidence and decision-making.

You won't work on everything at once. The aim is to identify what needs attention first.

Is this mainly about social media?

No.

Social media may come into it, but this isn't a social media programme. The mentorship looks at the business as a whole, including your offers, client journey, pricing, profitability, confidence, structure and how your business is actually working day to day.

Do I need to be earning a certain amount already?

No, but you do need to have an existing beauty business.

This isn't aimed at complete beginners who haven't yet started. It's for beauty professionals who already have clients, experience and a business they want to improve.

Will you tell me exactly what to do?

You will receive clear guidance and honest direction, but this isn't about copying someone else’s business.

The aim is to help you understand your business better, make stronger decisions and take focused action that suits your goals, clients and circumstances.

How much support will I get?

The mentorship is designed around personal support, with a strong 1-2-1 element.

There may also be group masterminds or shared sessions where useful, but the core value is that you're not being left alone with a resource library. You will have guidance, accountability and space to talk through what is happening in your actual business.

You will also have WhatsApp access to me Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, so you can ask questions, get support and stay focused between sessions.

What if I feel embarrassed about my numbers or how disorganised things are?

That is exactly why this support exists.

You don't need to have everything polished before you join. The point is to look honestly at what is happening, without judgement, and work out what needs to change. Avoiding the numbers or the messy bits usually keeps the problem going.
