No. CPD courses are accredited skills-development programmes, but they are not Ofqual-regulated qualifications.
Jane Bryan Beauty Training offers both CPD courses and separate Ofqual-regulated qualifications. Check the individual course page carefully to confirm which type of programme you are considering.
Can beginners enrol on a CPD beauty course?
Some courses are suitable for beginners, while others require an existing qualification.
The prerequisites are shown on each individual course page. Contact us before booking when you are uncertain.
Will I be able to obtain insurance after completing a course?
Insurance decisions are made by individual insurance providers.
Many of our courses are designed with professional insurance requirements in mind, but you should always confirm acceptance with your preferred insurer before booking.
Are the courses online or classroom-based?
Many courses include home study followed by practical training.
Selected courses may be available through supported online learning, which can include tutor contact, practical observation and case-study requirements.

Do I need to complete case studies?
Yes. We do not believe that attending a practical training is sufficient. You will need to complete case studies (we provide the template for this).
Your certificate will only be issued after they have been completed and assessed successfully.
How long does a CPD beauty course take?
Course lengths vary.
Some practical sessions may take half a day, while specialist courses may involve one or more full training days, home study, observations and case studies.

Do I need my own model?
