So we start with your business, not a curriculum. We look at what's happening, find the one or two things holding everything else back, and build your six months around fixing those.

You'll need about two hours a week to work on the business. I'll be closely involved, and you stay in charge of the decisions.

Founding Mentorship places - £199 per month for six months
I'm taking on five founding clients at £199 a month. After that, the price goes up to £299 a month.

Both are for established beauty business owners. The difference is how much one-to-one support you need right now.
Choose the Mentorship if
something significant needs to change and you want me looking directly at your business with you, every month, for six months.
Choose TBBC if
you want ongoing group support: live training, quarterly planning, marketing help, accountability and a community of other owners, at £67 a month.

What happens on the free 20-minute review?
We talk about your business, what's frustrating you and what you'd like to change. I'll tell you honestly whether the mentorship would help. There's no pressure to sign up on the call.
Do I need to know what the problem is before I start?
No. Finding it is the first part of the job.
How much time will it take?
About two hours a week, plus your monthly session. The aim is a small number of actions that make the biggest difference.
How often do we meet?
Once a month one-to-one, with weekly accountability and weekday WhatsApp support in between.
What if I miss a session?
We can rearrange with reasonable notice. The important thing is keeping momentum across the six months.
Can I cancel at any time?
The mentorship is a six-month commitment. You pay monthly, but you're signing up for the full programme.
Can you guarantee a result?
No honest mentor can guarantee a financial result. What I guarantee is six months of individual support, clear priorities and someone holding you to them.
Will you tell me exactly what to do?
I'll give you clear, practical advice and challenge you when you need it. You make the final decisions, because it's your business.
Who is the mentorship for?
The mentorship is for established beauty business owners who know their business could be working better but feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure what to focus on next. You might be struggling with profitability, pricing, marketing, client retention, cash flow, systems, team issues or simply feeling that the business is taking too much of your time and energy.
How is this different from the Thriving Beauty Business Club?
TBBC is group-based business support, with masterclasses, strategy sessions, networking and ongoing community support.
The 1-to-1 Mentorship is much more personalised. We focus specifically on your business, your numbers, your priorities and your challenges. You also have greater accountability and direct support from me between sessions.
