I’m not your typical beauty business coach.

Before I ever stepped into the beauty industry, I spent years in pharmaceutical research, development, marketing and sales - so I look at business through behaviour, systems, numbers, strategy and commercial reality.

I’m also a qualified coach, hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, which means I understand that business growth is rarely just about knowing what to do.
